Wanting me to send them all my credit card information to get answer ?

I bought two sets of mulching blades costing $117 I received the blades and when I checked my bank account the $117 payment had been noted as a recurring payment , I called questioning the recurring part that's when they showed a form requesting my full credit card info. this all occurred on a chat session not person to person.

Not working

My tripple bagger on my 2019 xt3 works terribly- 3 years of worst & most flustrating thing ever! Clog after clog...clean deck, new high lift blades- same terrible results...not any fun at all to operate

Tires

had to put a sealer in all 4 tires to get them to hold air, at least cub cadet could pay for the sealer ,it cost me 134 dollars to do all four tires but was told by phone to eat crap

Customer service phone line

Ive called customer service regarding my zero turn for 3 days in a row, with no one picking up my phone call. Im so pissed off! Ive been waiting on hold for a total of 3 hours on 3 separate occasions. I called again today and have been on hold for 35 minutes and still nothing. If Ive would have known that their customer service sucked this bad, I would have never purchased anything from cub cadet. This is so ridiculous! I love my lawnmower, but this customer service number is pointless.

Bagger

The quality of my Cub Cadet Grass Bagger is the only complaint. The material in this will not last due to the thin molding . You must be very careful to open and close as it will snap the Hinges. This is not my First Cub Cadet , it is Great, and so was the Service I received at my Dealer. But the poor quality of the Grass Bagger is way below your Standers

put better tires on your stuff , tried to mow my yard and had to pump up 3 tires 3 times and finally finished my yard with my old mower

Faulty spindle covers

Defective part

Every year I have to replace the plastic spindle covers because the mounting for the bolts has very thin plastic. Because of normal vibration, it cracks around the bolt and no longer will hold the cover assembly. Often have to glue in place. This is not acceptable....

Never got to make call. Kept getting sent to review. Now Im pissed. Good to know that you dont want to talk to me . I will definitely not buy a new cub cadet ever. I just wanted some info on a used zero turn I bought.
