Pro Z 160 has been to dealer 3 times over same problem. Mower goes through a no start problem, you can hear the starter humming, but not engaging.
One of the service guys that picked up mower said you shouldn’t leave it in yard cause the bendix will rust. I told the guy I was cutting grass when I shut mower off and went to start it back up to finish cutting grass when it wouldn’t start. If it would start I wouldn’t have a problem putting into shed. Mower build date is 03/17, it’s supposable a commercial grade mower, purchased mower September 2017.
Mowed with it twice in 2017, then in 2018 within a month of cutting grass mower started this no start situation. Dealer has replaced starter switch. I just got mower back from service today 11/17/2018 when they put it in driveway. I was not home at the time.
I went to start it up and starter just humms no engagement. Called cub cadet tech support and they said it needs to go back to dealer for service.
